BEST WEEKEND EVER!

OH MY LANTA!!! I had a marvelous weekend it could not have been better! We started off with Thursday and my lovely husband came home to spend yet another jam packed weekend at home! We got a new grill and decided it was time to break it in! And boy did that thing get work done! We started out just Paul and I grilling just to make sure he had it down before we tried to feed other people. It turned out great Paul has a hidden talent that he didn't even know about! Dexter got to indulge in some sweet meat that Daddy made. He loved it.... And Friday ohh can I tell you about Friday! Friday was one of the best days I have had in a while! SOO for like a month I have been planning on having family photos taken of Paul and I with Dexter. And boy did we find the best deal ever! We got our pictures taken by Kjrsten Madsen and she was AMAZING!!! Literally I wish she could have been there to do our wedding because she was that awesome! She does my favorite Blog haveacuteday.blogspot.com and totally inspires me on a daily basis. You should check her out because even Paul had a great time, we took pictures in Tacoma next to the water and in the city. It was the best time she was so fun and even knew most of Paul's family which made it even cooler because they were talking and it totally put Paul at ease and she said he even smiled well! That's a big deal!!!! I have not had that much fun in a while and although Dexter was a little wild man she said he did well! Not many people can have such a beauty like Dex.... Although I think we are going to have to put his modeling carer on hold because he doesn't pay that well of attention....Oh well something to work on! Then Saturday the party continues we had a bunch of our Dickson family over for a BBQ and it was a hit! We had Dan and Kelly and their beautiful children, as well as Rob and Ali and their two, add Molly and Stephen plus their 2 girls, Tom and Chis, with some Richard and Jack throw in a crazy dog who tackles children as they run away from him and you have a house hold of crazy and fun! It was a great time we had some burger, hot dogs, and carne asada! It was a blast I love getting together with family it almost makes me feel at home. Washington is starting to warm my little heart a bit! I know I know crazy but summer is turning out to be pretty delightful! And to top it all off my family is coming next week for fourth of July and I am soooo excited Ash and Danielle are coming as well and that should be a blast! We are going to be doing so many things and I could not be more amped to have them here! I have to prepare the house and what not find some air mattresses and spend some awesome family time! This week is gunna be marvelous! Life is wonderful right now! I love my husband, I have a great family up here in Washington and the best little four legged baby in the world. I am counting my blessings!

never last long enough

AH boy do I love the weekends, I love having Paul home, I love the sunshine, and I love spending time with my little family. SOO this week I started tanning again, Paul informed me very kindly that I have been looking oh so very pale, lucky me I knew he was right but I had offically been ok with my whiteness, but as we are getting ready to head to North Carolina in the next month or so to stay at the beach I needed at least a base tan so I don't burn terribly! The week was good, Dexter is excelling in doggy classes all though he is for sure the most lively of the bunch, but he isn't the one barking!! He still hasn't picked up that habit so I am super excited about that. I also got an awesome new phone, I got the Sprint HTC Evo and its totally awesome as lame as I sound for being super excited over a silly phone. But all the pictures above are taken with it and it is super sweet! Paul came home Thursday and we were able to have a good weekend together. We watched A LOT of soccer! Which was awesome Paul is really funny when he is super into something. We also got to go out to dinner with Bonnie and Richard on Friday and Saturday, which was a lot of fun. We did yard work on Saturday and that is a freckin chore especially with has large as our yard is! It's huge for those of you who don't know friggen HUGE!!! I will put up some pictures after I really clean it up there is a huge part of it that is just weeds and it is quite a daunting task to take on. I also got to go to lunch with the girls this week. It was alot of fun because we were able to all hang out while the kids played in the mcdonalds play place. It was good to talk with everyone i do enjoy having adult conversations haha Dexter doesn't talk back bah haha as lame as that sounds again! Saturday was filled with soccer attacking the backyard, and dinner with a movie, with a babysitting job afterwards. Paul and I went and saw the a-team with Bonnie and Richard. It was alot of fun and a great movie actually! Rob and Ali called and asked for a night out so we took Graham off their hands for them. It was an eye opening expereince. I am not ready for children is what I truly found out. He was a good baby but with him and Dexter it was a friggen circus! Lots of fun, but something I am not ready for! HAha maybe in another year or so!

My Happiness

This is my little man who gets me through the day! Dexter has gotten sooo big and keeps growing so much on a daily basis! He is the one that I wake up to in the morning I love it when I roll over and I see those beautiful brown eyes looking up at me! He is so awesome and I am so thankful for my doggie!

Ahh soooo I have had a great week! Last Saturday was my birthday and I was able to have a great day with my Dickson family! Paul took me to the zoo!!! Dave and Mckenzie came into town with the kiddies and we were excited to start the day. It was awesome we started the day by going to a coffee shop for some hot chocolate, but this is a special coffee shop not your boring old star bucks, this coffee shop is called sweet cheeks, AND all the girls where lingerie!! haha so funny I have always wanted to go just so I could see this, and it was great! Washington is chalk full of these things and they are the funniest thing ever! Hot chocolate wasn't bad either! After we got hot chocolate we headed into the city, we had some lunch at Red Mills Burgers. It was on Man vs Food and it was rated one of the best burger places in the country, I still would take In and Out over it! And then off to the Zoo it was great, they had just gotten in Meerkats which were so dang cute omg I loved it! It was a little rainy but what did I expect nothing but rain! It was ok we spent a good amount of time at the Zoo until Kate and Calvin were both ready to go! So Paul and I came home and we both passed out for like 4 hours lol! And we woke up to both of us feeling pretty crappy, so we spent my night birthday at home with out puppy just the way I wanted! Well I got over my cold eventually and started to take on the task of finishing decorating my house...which is quite the feet because I have totally been putting it off. I am totally not a decorator and I still haven't found my nitch! Anyways I added these little poppy stickers that I bought from IKEA which seem pretty neat and now I am working on the rest. One thing at a time! Dexter had his first Doggy Obedience class and I have never seen him more crazy! He was so excited to see the other dogs, and wanted to play so bad I have never seen him more wily! Of course I am like Dexter, DEXter, trying to reign him in and feeling embarrassed that he is being so excited. All and all it all worked and he did quite well. They even used him as and example! I took Bonnie my mother in law to the hospital for her colon cleaning and I had to sit in the hospital for 3 hours. For anyone who knows me it was absolute torture because I totally have a phobia of doctors. That will put off the baby making for a while. Paul came home, and his knee was hurting worst then ever. Soooo we went to the doctor today. Wow a doctor filled week. So I have had a lot of stomach turning while waiting for results. He got and x-ray and the bone was fine, so we are being sent for and MRI tomorrow morning to see if he has a torn ligament or meniscus. GREAT I know right. What do you do! Hopefully all goes well tomorrow!

week over

Paul built Dexter a dog house and it was truly amazing! Dexter loves it so much he sleeps in it when we leave to go do things. Its amazing he did it all by hand not plans or anything Paul is truly awesome with what he can do with his hands. He is a miracle worker, Dexter will maintain us being away for a few hours. I am so grateful for a man who knows how to use his hands so well. This week was good I finally went with Paul down to Pasco, where he is working and stayed with my sister-in-law and the kiddies. Dexter came with us. He was a fan of the little children and it was all I could do to keep him from jumping all over them to play with them. The week was full of running around with the kids and reading a good book. I read and finished the book Prey by Micheal Chrition. I know I know it was a nanotechno book but I actually got into it. I liked it, Paul was impressed. It was fun to be with the family. Makes me smile :)

Birthday Week!!!

Ah I do love to drag out my birthday so I should say birthday month lol! This week I went to eastern Washington with Paul to hang out with Kenzie Dave and the kids. I am excited because it has been a while. We are gunna hang out in the tri cities and soak up some much needed sun! This week in washington has been sooo rainy and I am offically over it! Although I should just be happy because this week is my birthday! Paul and I are going to the ZOO!!! I am super excited because I LOVE THE ZOO!!! Plus we get to hang out with the kids because they are coming up for Memorial Day, and Paul even gets Monday off so we get more time together! IDEAL IF YOU ASK ME! Sooo P90X has been going well Paul and I both are actually getting pretty flexable which is amazing because I used to not be able to touch my toes I know super lame but it is true! We drove to Pasco today and Dexter did so good, we did drug him with some baby benydril though so he would be able to sleep, he made it the whole car ride here! he is pretty amazing! Dexter is getting so big. He got his first set of shots this week, and got microchipped! I have a fear of the doctor so I was nervous of the shots, I had to walk out of the room while he got them and he didn't even make a peep! I am just a bigger whimp then he is.

AH me

Well let me tell you, I was able to go home on vacation for 10 days and it was awesome! Seeing my mom and dad again was so amazing I have been missing them so much it was great to be back and be around my family again. We did so much I got to go to the dentist! Woo Hoo I know a lot of people would not be excited about that but I love the dentist so it was great to go! I got to spend quality time with my best friends and I even got to talk to my favorite missionary Dallin! It was sooo good to talk to him on mothers day! Probably the biggest perk of going home besides doing my hair! I finally went dark again per Paul's request. He met me with dark hair and that is what he wanted again! So I am finally a normal color again chocolate brown and I like it. Dexter came down with me to Vegas he flew as my carry on....and what an adventure that was in its self. First off Dexter is getting so tall and that made it really hard to get him in the crate that we got him to travel in. So my poor baby I had to crate him and he did not like that at all.... then I had to shove him under the seat in front of me and that made him cry even more, which more then stressed me out because I was flying alone trying to do my luggage, just craziness began. Dexter was yowling so loud and everyone on the plane was looking at me so once the plane took off I put him on my lap so he would calm down and look out the window, he liked that until the bratty flight lady told me I had to put him back which this cause even more commotion and Dexter was fighting me the whole time. SO once she walked away again I snuck him on my lap and covered him with a blanket and pretended I was sleeping and it worked like a charm he was quite the whole rest of the trip. Being home was awesome I forgot how much I loved my family, but even more how much I loved Paul. It was hard to be away from him for 10 days. Especially when we don't get to see each other that often anyway. Makes me apperecaite him more though I suppose. It was so nice to come home, Dexter got to ride in the seat next to me because it was empty so he was happy the whole flight! We came home to daddy and a new dog house that paul built with just his hands for Dexter! I also got a sweet supurise Paul was so sweet got me flowers, had a bath with candles waiting, and even some hot lingerie! I love my husband and how he never stops treating me so well! I love you Paul
